One or more of the above services is the ideal place to start if you have fitness or health concerns you'd like to address. These may include losing body-fat, improving muscle tone, energy/mood/sleep problems, immune system improvement,chronic disease management, health risk factors such as cholesterol, hypertension, or liver function, and hormonal/metabolic balancing. (Metabolic/hormonal testing is optional, extra fees apply. All test panels are done in home and are non-invasive.)
Francie will develop an action plan targeted to your specific needs. It may include dietary and exercise planning, gentle, systemic detoxification,(no fasting) therapeutic supplementation, stress management and lifestyle coaching and support.
As you complete this program, you will begin to see improvements in your energy, mood and body-fat level. You will develop the knowledge skills and ability to continue making progress and maintain your goals once you've achieved them!

With the packages, you and Francie will have more time to monitor and track progress and see more improvements. Also, Francie will be able to provide more support and accountability during your body/mind/spirit transitions.

If, after completing one of the above programs you would like to maintain some level of ongoing support and accountability, the maintenance program may be the ideal transition for you.
